Wage Gap Pilot Program

In 2011, the Pay Equity Office launched the Wage Gap Pilot Program, designed to examine current compensation data and assess the likelihood of gender wage gaps for non-unionized employees in private sector workplaces of Ontario. The PEO has surveyed over 500 workplaces and a review of the results is underway with a final report expected in Spring 2014.
