Message From the Commissioner
Welcome to our newly redesigned website! This is the first revision to the site since its original launch and has been done completely in house by our diligent staff.
Our goal was to modernize the site, making it easier to navigate and bringing the site into better compliance with the standards set out in the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act.
The website is an important vehicle for the Pay Equity Office in educating the general public about pay equity and in educating employers about their obligations under the Pay Equity Act. We therefore welcome your feedback as we continue to meet your needs.
