Changes in Union Status

There could be a change to the composition of a bargaining unit, a change in union status or bargaining agent.

The Toronto establishment

The Toronto establishment did not have a bargaining unit. STC was aware, however, that if a new bargaining unit were created for the Toronto workplace, the existing pay equity plan would have to be divided into two separate plans - one plan for non-union employees, and one plan for the bargaining unit.
