Education and Communication Services

The Office provides information, publications and training on all aspects of pay equity. You can call us for more information about our programs and training.

Education Officers develop and design educational programs to assist workplace parties at any step in the pay equity process.

Review Services

Review Officers investigate objections to pay equity plans, and complaints of contravention of the Act. Preparation and implementation of pay equity plans may be monitored to ensure compliance. As needed, Review Officers will mediate between parties or may issue an order to solve disputes. To make a complaint or objection, fill out an Application for Review Services.
