The "Your Rights" part of the website will help you, as an employee, understand what pay equity is, whether pay equity applies to you, and to whom you can bring your concerns.
Most Ontario employers must implement pay equity for their workplaces; consequently, most employees in Ontario are covered under the Pay Equity Act. This section of the website will help you figure out, as an employee, if pay equity should happen in your workplace and whether the law covers you.
The navigation bar at the left of your screen contains a list of the most common topics referred to by employees who call us. Clicking on for employees, for example, will take you to a page with content pertinent to the rights of employees.
